Internet Playdate

Internet Playdate was an unexpected fusion of the quick witted writing of Vwwls combined with the unique sound and production style of Rotto. This one of a kind duo actually met online through an eSports site — later coming together in hopes of producing something truly exceptional after discovering their mutual interest & talent in music production. Internet Playdate projects are entirely written, produced, mixed & mastered in house. As a result of Vwwls’ writing style being influenced by a spectrum of genres ranging from progressive-metal to rap, this lyrical mindset combined with Rotto’s influences of synth-pop production combine to form a truly unique sound — capable of filling multiple genres. After spending seven straight days working out of a home studio in Ohio, their first release, "Static" released July 27th, 2020.
