Who We Are
And studio equipment details!
Rotto Records, LLC was founded by David Casalinova after struggling his way through the complicated, and often predatory, music industry. Surprising to many, David entered the industry through a unique set of circumstances. In 2018, after completing his Master’s Degrees in Business & Analytics from The Ohio State University, David made a massive career jump. Instead of continuing his work at a large multinational professional services firm, he began dedicating massive amounts of time to studying audio engineering, music theory and later music production, under the stage name Rotto. Coming from a business background, Rotto (David) was able to take a fresh approach to music as a career. Rottos first song to be picked up by a Spotify Editorial, Sleepless, accumulated 40,000 streams on Spotify and more than 100,000 worldwide. Upon this early success, David quickly realized that his ability to produce, market, sell, and create strong connections would ultimately lead him to success quickly in a market saturated with traditional musicians (aka, coming from a background of music or music education). Seeing the need for music management services that are both of quality (providing genuine exposure for the client) as well as assessable (reasonably priced, as to be available to independent artists), Rotto Records was formed. Rotto Records boasts the ability to provide a full range of services: Music/Vocal Production, Mixing, Mastering, Music Marketing, Content Creation, Album Art, Artist Development and More! If you’re serious about wanting to take the leap into professional quality audio, and want that final audio to be heard by a real audience, then we want to hear from you <3
